What this covers
This page explains what happens to the information you send Dení Education Consulting (DEC) through this website: the waitlist signup and the discovery-call request on the Workshops & Events page, and any email you send us directly.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- Discovery call: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your school, district or organization and a message.
- Email: whatever you choose to include.
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs (such as the address a request came from) for a short time to keep the site running and secure.
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that looks at technical details of your connection and browser, such as your IP address and browser type, to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare explains this in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
How we use it
- To reply to you about the workshop, call or information you asked for.
- To tell waitlist members when new workshop dates open. That is the only email the waitlist receives.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside DEC unless the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Form entries are stored in DEC's Google Workspace account (a private Google Sheet and mailbox) and are handled by Dení. Access is limited to DEC.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us. Waitlist entries are removed once you ask to be taken off the list. Discovery-call requests are kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, or to be removed from the waitlist. Email info@denieducationconsulting.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top is updated.
